Cházaro products are tobacco products and are intended strictly for adults aged 21 years and above.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and legally permitted to purchase and receive tobacco products in your jurisdiction.
Due to hygiene, safety, quality control, and regulatory reasons, tobacco products cannot be returned once they have been delivered.
We do not accept returns for products that have been:
Delivered successfully
Opened
Used
Damaged after delivery
Tampered with
Stored incorrectly by the customer
Partially consumed
Removed from original packaging
A return, replacement, or refund may only be considered in limited cases where:
The product received is incorrect
The product was damaged before delivery
The product has a clear manufacturing defect
The order received does not match the confirmed order
All such cases are subject to review and approval by Cházaro.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To review your claim, we may require:
Order number
Full name and contact details
Clear photos of the outer packaging
Clear photos of the inner packaging
Clear photos of the product received
Description of the issue
Delivery confirmation or proof of purchase
Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Once your claim is received, Cházaro will review the details and supporting evidence.
Approval of a refund, replacement, or return is not automatic. Each request will be assessed based on product condition, delivery records, order details, and the evidence provided.
Cházaro reserves the right to reject any claim that is incomplete, unclear, late, unsupported, or does not meet the conditions of this policy.
Refunds, returns, or replacements will not be accepted for reasons such as:
Taste preference
Aroma preference
Strength preference
Change of mind
Personal expectations
Subjective product experience
Incorrect product selection by the customer
Not liking the product after purchase
Product descriptions and tasting notes are provided for adult customer information only and may vary based on storage, handling, and individual perception.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method where possible.
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway, issuing bank, or payment provider.
Cházaro is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party payment processors.
If a replacement is approved, the replacement will be arranged subject to product availability and delivery eligibility.
If the same product is unavailable, Cházaro may offer an alternative resolution at its discretion.
Order cancellation may be possible only before the order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or handed over to the delivery partner.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be available.
Cházaro reserves the right to cancel any order due to failed age verification, payment issues, stock unavailability, restricted delivery location, suspected fraud, or legal and compliance requirements.
If age verification fails before delivery or at the time of delivery, the order may be cancelled, held, or returned to Cházaro.
Refund eligibility in such cases will be subject to internal review, delivery charges, payment gateway charges, and any costs already incurred.
Cházaro reserves the right to refuse future orders where false age information or restricted purchase attempts are identified.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to provide identification, restricted location, or recipient ineligibility, the order may be cancelled or rescheduled at Cházaro’s discretion.
Additional charges may apply for rescheduling or reattempted delivery.
Refunds for failed delivery cases are subject to review and may exclude delivery charges, payment processing fees, or other costs incurred.
Cházaro is not responsible for damage caused after successful delivery, including damage caused by incorrect storage, heat exposure, humidity, mishandling, opening, tampering, or use by the customer.
Customers are responsible for storing tobacco products appropriately after delivery.
All approved refunds are subject to payment gateway policies, processing timelines, and verification requirements.
In some cases, refund approval may require additional information from the customer for security, fraud prevention, or payment compliance purposes.
Cházaro reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, replacements, or future orders if we suspect misuse of this policy, false claims, fraudulent activity, repeated claims, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
