The courier is unable to complete delivery after reasonable attempts
In such cases, the order may be cancelled, held, or rescheduled at Cházaro’s discretion. Additional delivery charges may apply for rescheduling or reattempted delivery.
Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details at the time of placing an order.
Cházaro will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery information.
If an order is returned or cancelled due to incorrect delivery details, any refund or reshipment will be subject to Cházaro’s review and applicable charges.
Cházaro reserves the right to cancel or refuse delivery to any location where tobacco product delivery is restricted, prohibited, or not supported by our delivery partners.
We may also refuse delivery if the order raises legal, regulatory, compliance, fraud prevention, or payment gateway concerns.
Products are packed carefully to protect quality during delivery.
Where applicable, products are shipped in compliant packaging with required product information, health warnings, and regulatory details.
Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery and report any visible damage as soon as possible.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and product condition.
Any claim for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.
Where available, tracking details may be shared with the customer after dispatch.
Tracking information may take time to update depending on the courier partner. Cházaro is not responsible for delays or technical issues in courier tracking systems.
Cházaro strictly does not deliver tobacco products to anyone below 21 years of age.
Any attempt to purchase or receive tobacco products on behalf of a minor may result in order cancellation and refusal of future service.
